Customer support is provided by email only. Response times are estimates, not guarantees. All correspondence must include the order number where applicable. We may decline to respond to communications that are abusive, threatening, vexatious, repetitive, or that do not relate to a bona fide customer-service issue. Communications outside our designated customer-support channels are not effective and do not create any obligation on NailScience.
1. Customer support channels
The exclusive customer-support channel is email at the address below. Inquiries submitted through any other channel (including social media DMs, comments, voicemails on unrelated numbers, third-party platforms, or in-person at any third-party retail location) are not part of our customer-support process and we are under no obligation to respond.
2. What to include in your message
To enable us to assist you, every message must include:
- The order number, where applicable.
- The email address used at checkout (we cannot look up orders by name).
- A clear description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting.
- Photographs or video, where applicable (damaged on arrival, allergic reaction, etc.).
We are not obligated to respond to incomplete inquiries and may close any thread without notice where the information requested above is not provided.
3. Self-service first
Most common questions are addressed in our policy pages, and we generally direct inquiries there in lieu of an individualized response:

4. Designated inboxes
The following addresses are designated for the categories indicated. Messages sent to these addresses on unrelated topics will be redirected or disregarded.
5. Communications policy
- We may record customer-service correspondence for training, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and legal-compliance purposes.
- We may decline to respond to, may close, or may block accounts that send abusive, threatening, vexatious, harassing, or repetitive communications, in our sole discretion.
- Statements or representations made by any NailScience employee, contractor, or agent outside the policies posted on this Site are not binding on NailScience. Do not rely on any oral or out-of-channel statement. See the Terms of Service, Section 20 (Entire Agreement).
- We may discontinue, redirect, or change any contact address at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
- We do not negotiate the terms of these policies on an individual basis.
6. Marketing opt-outs
To unsubscribe from email marketing, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. For SMS marketing, reply STOP to any of our messages. Opt-outs are processed in accordance with applicable law. Transactional messages relating to your orders, account, and legal notices are not subject to opt-out. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Adverse-event reporting
If you experience an allergic reaction, skin irritation, or any other adverse event in connection with a NailScience product, stop using the product immediately, seek medical attention if needed, and report the event to safety@trynailscience.com. Reporting an adverse event does not give rise to any settlement, payment, or liability admission by NailScience. See the Medical Disclaimer.
