Shipping Policy

All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier. NailScience is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather, or any other event outside our direct control. Shipping methods, carriers, costs, free-shipping thresholds, and processing windows may change at any time without notice.

1. Where we ship

  • All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • US territories — Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands.
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses for active military personnel.
  • International orders are not currently supported via the website. Orders submitted for delivery outside the foregoing destinations may be cancelled by us at our sole discretion, and any charge will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on a weekend, or on a US federal holiday generally ship the next business day. Processing time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. During promotional periods, sales events, supply-chain disruptions, or for any other reason in our sole discretion, processing time may be longer.

3. Transit time and carriers

We may choose any carrier, service, and routing in our sole discretion. Estimated transit time after dispatch (not including processing time):

The figures above are estimates published by the carrier and are not guarantees by NailScience. Actual transit time may be longer for any reason, including without limitation weather, peak season, carrier capacity, address verification, customs hold, or any event outside our direct control.

4. Shipping cost; free shipping

Free standard shipping, when offered, is a promotional benefit, not a contractual right. We may modify, restrict, or withdraw free shipping at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. Expedited shipping, where offered, is at the rate quoted at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Title and risk of loss

Title to the product and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, NailScience is not the bailee or insurer of the package, and NailScience has no liability for loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery occurring during transit. Tracking events generated by the carrier are conclusive evidence of dispatch and delivery for purposes of this Policy.

6. Address accuracy; refused or undeliverable shipments

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address you provide. We do not verify addresses against any postal database and are not obligated to flag suspected errors. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused at delivery, unclaimed, or otherwise not delivered due to an act or omission of you or your designee, we may, in our sole discretion: (a) cancel the order and issue a refund minus our actual shipping costs (outbound and return); (b) re-ship at your expense at the rate then in effect; or (c) abandon the package after a reasonable storage period at our discretion. Re-shipment fees are non-refundable.

7. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If a tracking event has not updated within seven (7) consecutive business days, or a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, you must email support@trynailscience.com with the order number and a description of the situation. Our process is as follows:

  1. We file a carrier trace or investigation request. Carrier investigations typically take 5–10 business days and are subject to the carrier's procedures and outcomes, not ours.
  2. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit (i.e., before delivery), we will, at our sole option, re-ship a replacement at no additional charge or refund the product price. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind.
  3. If the carrier confirms the package was delivered and you allege theft after delivery, the loss is yours. We may, at our sole discretion and as a one-time courtesy, offer a discounted replacement at our then-current rates. We are not obligated to replace or refund packages stolen after delivery. You are responsible for filing any claim with the carrier, your local authorities, or your homeowner's/renter's insurance.

Claims for lost or non-delivered packages must be submitted to us within thirty (30) days of the originally estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after thirty (30) days are not eligible.

8. Damaged on arrival

See the Refund & Returns Policy, Section 6. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the shipping packaging.

9. Tracking

A shipping confirmation containing a carrier tracking number is typically emailed to the address on the order when the package is tendered to the carrier. We make no guarantee that the email will arrive or that tracking events will be timely or accurate. Tracking is provided by the carrier, not by NailScience, and we have no control over its content or availability.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in shipping caused in whole or in part by events outside our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, embargo, labor dispute, carrier strike or failure, supplier failure, internet or utility outage, or cyberattack.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The Policy in effect at the time of dispatch governs your order.
